Shipping policy

 

The artworks in the Artaxis Shop ship directly from the artists themselves, not from Artaxis HQ — so a little bit of a different rhythm than a typical online store, and we think that's part of what makes buying from Artaxis special.

Processing time

Artists are busy people, so please allow up to 7–10 business days for your work to ship after your order is placed. We know that's a little longer than you might be used to, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Good things are worth waiting for.

Shipping cost

The flat shipping rate for each piece is listed right in its description, and that price covers shipping within the United States.

Buying from outside the US? We'd love to get your work to you — just email us at contactartaxis@gmail.com with the piece you're interested in and the address you'd like it shipped to, and we'll get you a shipping quote.

Tracking and delivery

Once your piece ships, the artist sends the tracking number to us, and we pass it straight along to you — so you'll always have a way to follow your package to your door.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your piece arrives damaged or something else goes wrong along the way, please see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps — we'll make it right.
