Your privacy matters to us, and we want to be upfront and simple about how we handle your information.

What we collect, and why

When you make a purchase, we collect the contact and shipping information you provide — things like your name, address, and email. We use this only to get your order to you: to ship your piece, to send you tracking information, and to reach you with any updates about your order.

How your information is shared

Since artwork in the Artaxis Shop ships directly from the artist rather than from Artaxis, the artist fulfilling your order receives your name and shipping address, only so they can ship your piece to you and get you a tracking number. They don't receive any payment or card information — that's handled separately and never shared with the artist.

Beyond that, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing or any other purpose.

We don't add your contact information to our own mailing list, either — you won't hear from us unless it's about an order you've placed, or you've reached out to us first. Of course, if you would like to receive the Artaxis Newsletter, you can sign up anytime (link in the footer).

Payment information

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We don't see or store your card details ourselves.

Cookies and site data

Like most online stores, our site uses cookies for basic functionality, such as keeping items in your cart while you shop.
